Here our
team had the challenging task of creating and implementing
an overall site master plan for the consolidation of two
adjacent lots in Montgomery County.
As part of the first phase, we designed and oversaw the
construction of a new, custom-shaped pool with a built-in
oversized spa. Water from the raised stone spa cascades
over the edge, forming a waterfall that empties into the
pool below. This adds not only a visual focus but also
the pleasure of soft ambient noise. The pool and spa are
generously surrounded by a flagstone deck with plenty
of seating and space for entertaining. We carefully graded
and landscaped around the pool with earth berms to create
privacy and to nestle the pool naturally into the flat
site.
