This newly
constructed Italianate home was built on an open 10-acre
site. The goal was to design an axial style plan that
allowed movement through the property while maintaining
several intimate spaces with many layers of detail.
Our
roles included:
• Preparation and execution of an overall master
plan
• Siting of the building
• Design of an arrival court
• Design of several formal terraces
• Design of a hidden cutting garden complete
with greenhouse.
