A Tropical Oasis

This challenging project required an intensive coordination effort to manage multiple domestic and international contractors and consultants.  A four acre compound was constructed for the client’s family gatherings.  Multiple dwellings, service buildings, recreational amenities, and layers of infrastructure were apportioned and positioned.  The grading, drainage, and planting design were all designed in-house, and implementation was directed by our staff in the field.  Material procurement and shipments were synchronized with projected construction schedules.  In the end, the property has a refined style, reminiscent of Caribbean island vernacular with intense classical influences.
