A historic barn was completely disassembled, relocated, and adapted for reuse as a pool house on this uncommon property. A raised spa was appended to the end of the fully refurbished pool. Connected together by a flowing ribbon, the water became the central datum that both garden and patio spaces became organized around. Covered respites and chaise lounge alcoves proliferate outwardly from the pool. Paving materials, delicately proportioned custom fencing, a wisteria covered arbor, and colorful plantings all sustain the impressive space.
