A golfers dream. Located just across from the prestigious Merion Club, this early 1900’s English Tudor home was refurbished to bring it up to today’s modern living standards. As part of the design team, we assisted with creating lush livable outdoor spaces that surrounded the home, from the expansive stone front terrace to take advantage of the pastoral views across the golf course to more private spaces along the rear of the home that included a new pool and pool house with flagstone and brick terraces. The “flow” between the interior and exterior spaces was carefully orchestrated to fully maximize the experience to this home and property. The gardens were crafted in a more classic style, blending formal elements with lush flowing plantings that provided seasonal color and textural interest throughout this property.
