Dan graduated with his bachelors in Landscape Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University in 2018. Soon after graduating, he joined Hess Landscape Architects to pursue a career in highly detailed residential design. Before joining H|LA, Dan was a part of studio projects in Baltimore, Washington DC, and Philadelphia. During summer employment, Dan expanded his knowledge of plants, water gardening and small garden design while working at a nursery and a water gardening specialty business.
Dan’s passion for design is embodied by his ability to harmonize history, materiality, space and habitat. A love for nature and an eye for detail drive a style of design that replicates ecological systems in a sustainable and aesthetic manner.
